Over a 9 month period, Dave was able to implement our system, eliminate limiting beliefs, break the negative habits that were holding him back, and replace them with new healthy routines and habits that have allowed him to lose 120 lbs. and keep it off for over 2 years now. He quit drinking, quit smoking, never goes near fast food AND here's the kicker... at the time of this writing (October 2017), Dave ran the Chicago Marathon in 4:20, beating his goal of 4:30 by 10 minutes! Running was absolutely out of the question when he started. He's ran 4 marathons now to date. Talk about a breakthrough!
What's more important though then all of those accomplishments, is the person that Dave has become. He went from tired, overworked, stressed, anxious, low energy Dave to happy, healthy, energized, productive, always smiling, Super Dave!
